Perfect Aim

I must admit, I was never a fan of The Tank Girl’s Dream at first, but it has really started to grow on me, and this song has only helped. So cool. I’m not sure what more needs to be said.

Firestorm Outbreak

Oh boy. I love Nana Takahashi lyrics. They’re always so fun. See “AVATAR CONTROL” for another example. It still sounds like she’s saying “I can recover, fly” to me instead of “Outbreak of the fight.” Anyway, “She’s in a temper!!” is a great song, and I think it was mixed well with the title and stage 1 theme in this one, which I also like a lot. The soundtrack of Story of Eastern Wonderland is great in general.

Notes: I’m not sure I’m happy translating “連鎖して Catch Fire” as “Catching fire through a chain reaction.” I imagine fire spreading from one place to the next, but I don’t think that would normally be called a chain reaction.

Duets, or, in this case, quadrets (?), are the best. I’m not sure why more artists don’t do them. These lyrics are also great, and I imagine they have deep personal meaning for Linjin and the other members of Zytokine as well.

The transition from AdamKadmon, Amateras, and Alstroemeria lyrics to the vagueness of Zytokine felt like a slap in the face. The most unintuitive seems to be in stardust, but I did get the lyrics to roundabout too, and they’re really good.
