Actually, this song is pretty nice, though a bit repetitive. I still find it really pleasing to the ear.

Note: “Hiding their feelings behind their backs” could also easily be taken as “Hiding my feelings behind my back” but I figure falling petals is a metaphor.

I miss nomico’s Pop Culture songs already. These two to four stanza types of songs are Minoshima’s worst, in my opinion.

Note: The order of lines is really messed up compared to the Japanese in the second stanza.

The title reminds me of Soul of Rouge, another Alst song. That one’s a lot darker though. I’ve probably said this before, but, although I don’t mind happy and cheerful Ayame songs every now and then (I loved Visions), I still need my fair share of sad ones too, so I hope we get another soon.

World Theory

I’ve criticized the common translation of the original song before, and said “Un-Unified Magic World Theory” would be better, and it shows here, as the title “World Theory” likely comes from 「世界論」. This song has a pretty interesting introduction and (what I think are) the horns are nice, but I can’t say I’m a fan of the BWOM BWOM BWOM.
